Need to find out which theme this site is using, so I can purchase the same one.

  I know of a website (the-what.com), that uses a premium wordpress theme, and would like to purchase the same theme for the site I’m planning.

  Can anyone tell figure out which theme they are using?

  This would be a huge help, as it has exactly what I want, and I can’t find any other theme with a layout that I prefer over this.

  That does not appear to be a WordPress.com blog, so you wouldn’t be able to use that theme on a WP.com blog anyway.

  A few days ago I was informed from the creator that the site was done via a wordpress custom theme.

  WordPress.ORG. You cannot use that theme here, even should you be able to purchase it.
