  I haven’t logged in for years and I need to get control panel info so I can get godaddy to take care of some things for me

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was only created yesterday.

  If this is for a GoDaddy site, then you’re using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, and we won’t be able to help you. Please contact GoDaddy support in that case, as they have control of your site’s files.
