Need to get my domain our of redemption period status!

    I’ve just learnt my domain has lapsed into rede mption period status (whilst i was overseas) and I need to renew it, but i can;t in my ‘puchases’ panel as it doesn’t appear.

    Hey there, I don’t see a domain on this account, but I did notice a much older ticket that mentioned a domain that expired a while ago. If that’s the same domain (starts with a Z?) I noticed it’s no longer in our system, so we don’t have redemption as an option at this point.

    But the good news is currently showing a pendingDelete status and is no longer in redemption. Usually that means it’ll be released within a few days, and anyone can register it again at normal rates. I’d recommend trying to registering it again tomorrow, the next day, etc — or you could talk to one of those domain backorder brokers that automatically picks it up for you as soon as it’s released.
