Need to import handwritten page

  I would like to import a directory into WordPress. It starts with index.html and has internal links to there pages in that directory. It has its own CSS. Can this be done?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is not possible for sites hosted on WordPress.com, as we do not provide FTP access.
