need to make a link back to posts page.

  i am runing a blog with the Manifest theme. when i go to appearance > themes>customize to make a certain post my static page, i however do not know how to create a link back to my posts page. please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When you establish your posts page, you could either link to it within the content of the front page http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/ and/or link to it in your blog’s navigation menu: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
