Need To Move Domain To Wix

    Hi!
    This website was created and the domain purchased a few years ago by the previous designer the company was using. Now, I have built a new site on Wix but I am unable to find any information for the domain nor the old login since the designer is no longer around. This domain was purchased by and has been paid for yearly by the company that I am now working for but the original designer never gave the company any information to login. We now need to get access to switch the domain right away. The only password and login we have is to get into WordPress but when I try to change the domain it says the site owner (the old designer that never finished the work) seanjn57 is the only one who can do so. Please help. This is a mess.

    I did not see you mention the URL you are having trouble with, but the only site I can see under your @jtubens83 account is this one:

    Is that the site you are having trouble with, or is it a different site instead? Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Happy to check the site URL in our system so we can take a closer look.
