Need to move URL and cancel wordpress

    When I log into wordpress it keeps saying I don’t have any sites. I have http://www.niccidamicohoward.com linked, but it is not showing anywhere for me to edit. I also want to cancel it but keep the url. How can I do this if I can’t login to my site editor? i havethe receipt for my purchase back in january but it seems my site has disappeared.

    Hi there, I just checked on niccidamicohoward.com, and it is showing as being in the process of transferring out and cannot be stopped at this point in the process.

    Until the transfer is complete, and possibly for 24 hours after that, your site here will still show under that domain name: https://niccidamicohoward.com/.

    If you need to access that site or the account that site is on, you will need to log out of this account and log in with the niccidamicohoward username.

    Once the transfer is complete, you can then go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and remove the WordPress.com Premium Plan if you wish. Given that upgrade is outside of the 30 day refund window, you cannot get a refund on that plan.
