Need to re-establish website payment credit card

    The Memphis Area Association of Governments through WordPress created the website Day Trippin. I believe our on-file credit card expired or was discontinued and we didn’t replace the card on file with WordPress. Please assist us in re-establishing our website.

    Hi there,

    In order to update your credit card, you can go to Manage Purchases and select the upgrade you wish to update in order to view the options for managing it. Click on the Edit Payment Method button in order to review and update your payment information.

    However, the account you are contacting from doesn’t have a credit card on file nor does it has any history of payment. What is the site URL is this in reference to? Is this site hosted on WordPress.com?
