Need to recover a recently expired domain

    Hi! I need assistance recovering a recently expired domain. A card had expired and I didn’t notice because it had an incorrect email address due to a recent job change. The domain is not appearing under purchases for self recovery but it’s still in grace period right now. Can you e-mail the link to process payment for recovery?

    From what I can see you last renewed jcgroves.com on 12/13/2019, which you can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    However I do not see a renewal in 2020, and can confirm that onaflow.org has expired due as there was no payment by the renewal date. The good news is that we may be able to recover your domain, but there will be a late renewal fee to do so.

    Please check your inbox for the invoice we just sent, which will include a link to pay for the renewal of jcgroves.com as well as the late renewal fee.

    After you make payment please return here to let us know so we can take the next step of recovering the domain.

    Hi,
    I still have not received the invoice URL. Can you please confirm it went to my wordpress email address (email visible only to moderators and staff)? I no longer have access to the e-mail account associated with the domain registration due to a job change. Thanks!

    The email was sent to the email address set on your account at https://wordpress.com/me/account which is not the email address you listed above.

    We can only send the email to the account’s email address, so if that needs to be different, please change it there.
