Need to recover old WordPress account
-
I need to recover an old WordPress account created in 2019. It contains a poetry blog (https://thewritestuff.poetry.blog/) which is very sentimental to me and I would like to be able to edit and modify it where necessary.
The issue is that the Gmail email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) associated with the account is no longer active. It was a school email account and was deactivated when I left the school. As such, I have no way to login to the account. When I try to log in through Google, it says the account has been locked. When I attempt to log in through the main field, it tries to send me email verification to the original, obsolete email (which I obviously can’t receive). It doesn’t accept a password (presumably because my password was tied to my Google account).
I tried to use the recover my account page but I wasn’t able to find an account verification email for the verification key proof (I don’t think it sent me one as I signed in through Google). I also can’t provide the other 2 evidence options as I never upgraded the account or set up two-factor authentication. I did find a welcome email from when I first made the account, and a password reset email from a couple weeks after.
I’d be very appreciative if you could change the login email address to a new one ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). Please let me know if there is any more info I need to provide.
Thanks,

WordPress.com doesn’t change login credentials on demand, you must prove you are the rightfull owner. That site is connected to another account of yours skygod14. To restore access to that account you find all info at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help

I understand that, but I simply can’t provide any of the 3 evidences for the account recovery step. I never bought or upgraded that account, I didn’t set up two-factor authentication and I never received an account verification link.
I do have numerous emails sent from WordPress to that email address, including the initial welcome email. I could send that through if needed. Or is there any other way to recover my account?
I would really like to recover the account, but if that’s not an option, I want to at least delist it from Google search results. It states on the account recovery page that that is an option (even if you can’t verify your ownership).
