  Hi there, WPcom is mostly a DIY environment and we have extensive support guides and self-guided courses to assist you.

  If you have a paid upgrade on your WPcom site, you’ll also have access to direct support via LiveChat and email, but you will still be the one to implement any changes on your site.

  And lastly, while these forums are not the place to hire someone to help with setup, if you are looking for someone to build your site, WPcom has partnered with UpWork for this https://wordpress.com/support/upwork/

  If you decide to go with UpWork or anyone else to create your site, do not share your own WPcom login credentials with them or anyone. After they create their own WPcom account, you can invite them to your site.
