Need to remove myself (admin) from a website

  Hi! I am one of the admins for a blog (popupstorexpert.wordpress.com) and I am trying to remove myself from it. It’s an old employer and I do not feel comfortable connecting my personal accounts (this one) to their WP blog. Please help!

  Hi there,

  You are not one of the admins for that site, but the site owner. It’s not possible to remove the owner of the site – instead you need to transfer ownership to another admin as explained at https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  I see you have since deleted that site, though, so it no longer exists. If you did this in error, and you need to hand that site over to another account, please let us know so we can restore it for you, then you can transfer ownership once it’s restored.

  Note that we can only restore deleted sites for 30 days after deletion.
