Need to remove myself from a blog's admin list, can it be done?

I want to be removed from a blog’s admin list, need help.The blog’s creator refuses to do this (the blog is empty, it was used for testing before a self-hosted wp install). I would really like to get rid of all the connections to this and project as soon as possible because of both personal and professional reasons. What can I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are Admin you might be able to do it yourself – look under
Dashboard >> Users >> All Users – and see if there is a “Leave Blog” option under your name

Thanks everyone for helping me out! I was afk for a while, didn’t expect this to be solved this quickly. Timethief, I’m detecting a hint of irony :) I know it’s not a big deal, but it bothered me a lot.
