Need to remove site from wordpress.com

Hi,
we own a website http://www.croadria-mare.com and our former employee published a blog on your hosting plan that we would like to remove.
We kindly ask you to assist us in removing site mentioned below from your servers.
It’s a problem for us because it shows up in certain search results.
Site in question is croadriamare.wordpress.com

Hopefully your former employee gave you the username and password to access the site. If so then you can follow these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ although it might be a better idea to set the site to “private” as you may have a use for it in the future.
If you don’t have the password but still have access to the email address that was used to set up the WordPress.com site then you can use this password recovery form: https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
There is an account recovery form but proof of ownership of the site is required: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

Maybe i wasn’t clear in the first post.
I don’t have any of the data. I wasn’t aware that such site exist.
My business partner sent me a link when he ended up there asking what happened to our site…
I want that site removed. It uses our facebook account and our logo and our pictures. Our pictures and branding are licensed and that person has no permission to use them.

So you need to contact the person who owns/set up the site. I am only a volunteer in the WordPress.com support forums and was trying to point you in the right direction. It is highly unlikely that staff will take down a site owned by a different person to the person requesting the site’s removal.
