Need to Renew Domain ASAP Under New Subscriber

    Our organization’s website is through WordPress and was created and managed by a previous program manager who is no longer with the organization. It is my guess that she utilized her company card to pay the subscription costs, but now, I need to renew the domain but it will be under a different name. When I have attempted to pay, I have received the message that I need to have the original subscriber do so, which is impossible as she is no longer with the organization.
