Hi there,
I would be happy to assist you in renewing theviewtavern.com. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Well I lost my login information so I created this one as a guest so I could at least post stuff so could you please send me another bill at my shipping address
-
I can email you the bill to the email address connected to the account.
Also, I would be more than happy to assist you in regaining access to your account. If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll definitely get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Please visit our support page for more information on recovering your account.
Thanks!

I have no clue even what email address is. I just need the bill in the amount so I can pay it

Hi there,
I cannot provide the bill without proof of ownership because it contains private information.
What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access so that you can pay for the upgrade.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Dude I don't even know the email. I paid someone to set this up for me. Last time I renewed I was sent a letter in mail to billing address.

That is what is weird. We do not ever send out mail/letters. If you received a letter regarding payment, it wasn’t from us.
You might want to look back in your records to see if you still have the transaction confirmation from the last time the domain theviewtavern.com was renewed at WordPress.com, back in 8/19 of last year.
All our payments are processed by PayPal (even if you paid directly with a credit card).
PayPal can provide you with this transaction ID, which we can then verify on our end. It’s a 17-digit number. You can reach them at:
1-888-221-1161
1-402-935-2050 (if calling from outside the U.S.)You can find additional ways to contact PayPal here:
https://www.paypal.com/us/contactus
When contacting PayPal, please have the following details of the transaction ready:
– Name on card
– Amount and date of transaction
– Card numberThanks,

Well I'm telling you I received a letter that said our domain was about to expire and it gave me information on how to renew it so if that is just a smart ass f****** comment I'll go with another company please give me your boss's direct number thank you
-
so if that is just a smart ass f****** comment I’ll go with another company
By no means was it meant to be a smart or patronizing comment. I just said that it is weird that you received something in the mail from WordPress because we never send out tangible mail. There possibly could be sketchy companies that looked up your WHOis Data and sent you mail. You do not have private registration on your account, so that is a possibility.
However, you can create a pdf of the bill and upload it, I’d be more than happy to take a look at the letter. Also, our electronic bills have the PayPal transaction ID used to verify ownership. If it is indeed our letter, you can provide that ID and regain access
please give me your boss’s direct number thank you
We do not have phone support of any kind. However, if you prefer to talk to a different associate, I’d be more than happy to have them assist you.
Let me know. Rest assured, I’ll make sure you do not lose your domain.
Thanks!
