Need to renew my domain

    I’m trying to figure out why my website is not up anymore. Was my annual payment not set to auto? How do I go about getting it back?

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there,

    We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com. Your host, Bluehost, uses a different version of the WordPress platform and we don’t have access to your server files.

    With this in mind we’re not able to look into your site and why it is not online, but if you reach out to Bluehost support they will be in the best position to assist you.
