You just have to wait untill a Staff member replies.
Note you are still logged in as davesridesanddrives instead as ridesanddrives. Completely log out from davesridesanddrives – https://wordpress.com/support/log-in-to-wordpress-com/ -, next log in ridesanddrives not as davesridesanddrives !

First of all, I want to point out that you can’t “ping” anyone here by using the @ symbol with a username. That will only create a link to that user’s forum profile.
Regardless, someone did add an incorrect tag for Staff MODLOCK; I’ve just added it correctly MODLOOK, but anyone can add a tag for staff assistance. You don’t need to wait for anyone else. https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/getting-help-in-the-forums/#help-from-moderators-and-staff
@davesridesanddrives did you completely log out of this account you’re using to post to these forums (including closing all your open WordPress.com tabs)? Once you’ve done that follow what @themagicrobot said and log back in with the account
ridesanddrivesIf you don’t have the password, try sending yourself a SSO email link from the WordPress.com log-in page https://wordpress.com/log-in/ The email will be sent to the email address listed under that account.If all else fails, you’ll need to recover your account following the link that @themagicrobot provided in his reply to you from November 8th. Since you paid for a domain, you should have the needed information for account recovery. Do not share that information here, but only in the account recovery form.
