  Hi, I need to have my site reseted as it was just created. I can’t find the Tools -> Delete mentioned on the step-by-step instructions.

  Hi there, deleting a WordPressdotcom site removes both the site content and the site address. If you want to start over, you can delete any content on your site and pick a different theme. https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
