Need to set blog to private that I no longer have access to

I have a blog I created over 10 years ago and I no longer have access to the email account. I would like the blog set to private. AI support said the only way to do that was to start this forum for support. I can’t use the account recovery because, again, I have no access to the email account.

Since you no longer have access to the original email, the standard ‘automated’ recovery won’t work, but since you are already on the forum, you can request manual assistance from a Happiness Engineer (Staff). Your goal is to prove you are the original owner so they can set the site to ‘Private’ on your behalf. When a Staff member replies to your thread, offer as much ‘hidden’ information as you can remember—like the month/year you started the blog, the original email provider (e.g., Yahoo, Hotmail), or even specific details about old drafted posts that were never published. If you can’t log in to delete the site, a Staff member is often authorized to flip the privacy switch for you once they are satisfied with your identity, effectively ‘hiding’ it from the public and search engines.

Please help me I tried to open a thread but I am unable to open it, seems like a bug. Problem is I have a wordpress website which I need help with. I made the website using Gutenberg block editor but I am unable to change the front end of the website https://alostoratv.app/ language. Since the website language is Arabic so in the permalink I am seeing weird characters which can hurt the website credibility. Please help me as the back end dashboard of wordpress is in Arabic, where as the front end is of another language.
Since I am a non techie person I need help with it. Thanks
