Need to Shut Down Website

    We used to use coic2.org as a workaround for coic.org. We no longer need coic2.org. Our former IT manager just let the domain registration expire without shutting down the website properly. How can we remove the content or shut down the website? The billing on this account shows the domain registration that lapsed back in September.
