  I want to change my blog from http://www.MyInspirationCards.com/blog to http://www.MyInspirationCards.com

  In the process, I don’t want to lose my website or my blog posts I just want to upgrade.

  http://www.myinspirationcards.com/ redirects to https://www.myinspirationcards.com/ (http changed to http secure), which already exists. How can you change your website address to one that already exists?
