Need to transfer domain from WordPress to GoDaddy

  I want to transfer my domain from WordPress to GoDaddy but it says that 60 days are required before I can transfer to a new registrar. However, I am the owner of the account transferring to myself just on a different server. I am not seeing information anywhere on how to make this happen?

  ICANN requires that 60 days pass from the date of registration before a domain can be moved to a new registrar. There is nothing that we can do to waive or change this requirement.

  You can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), with these steps:

  Change a Domain’s Name Servers

  You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
