I need to update my credit card info due to the card expiring soon. Another individual built my website, so her email address is still a contact email. Unfortunately, she can’t remember the login information. Please help!

She will need to check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/.
Once she does, she can change the email address on the account to yours or directly move your site to your account:
https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/.
