  all pages seem to work except for the one I need to access to change my email address.

  You can change your account email address from here:

  https://wordpress.com/settings/account/

  Please note that the change will not immediately take effect as you will receive a validation email at the new email address. Make sure to click the link in the validation email to confirm the email address change.
