Need to upload wordpress theme that I purchased to my blog

  I purchased a wordpress theme and need to install it to my new blog. These are the instructions but I am unable to find the Install Themes Tab in Themes?

  Download Rejuvenate folder given below
  Connect to your WordPress dashboard (wp-admin) and navigate to Appearance -> Themes -> Install Themes tab -> Upload
  Upload, install and activate the theme zip file downloaded earlier.
  To populate your site with sample data navigate to Appearance -> Themes and click on the big green button

  Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
