Need ton update MX and CNAME.

  I recently transferred my domain (colphia.com) from wordpress to network soutions and I created email accounts with Network solutions ((email visible only to moderators and staff), (email visible only to moderators and staff)) but I’m unable to access them at http://mail.colphia.com. Network solutions says wordpress needs to update MX and CNAME . I’m not sure how to do this so I can access my new email accounts at Network solutions, they pointed me to this page, https://knowledge.web.com/subjects/article/KA-01115/en-us
  Please help.

  That domain’s name servers are no longer pointed to us, so you will need to make those changes through Network Solutions.

  I recommend checking with their support again.
