  Need to unlock my domain ‘larapiana.com’ for transfer to another registrar

  Hi there!

  Log in with the account used to purchase the domain, then you can manage your domain from Domain Management. Select your site if you have more than one (also found from the Domains tab in your My Site menu).

  Select the domain you want to transfer from the list, and you will see its information, settings, and options.

  Select Transfer Domain, and you will see a message explaining that your domain first needs to be unlocked. Click Update Settings and Continue.

  The next page will confirm that you have been sent a transfer code (also known as an EPP code) via email.

  If you didn’t receive the email, make sure the email address on file for your domain is correct. You can send the code again from the Transfer Domain page by clicking the Resend Transfer Code button.

  Once you initiate the transfer, there is a waiting period of five days. During this period, you will receive an email to confirm or cancel the transfer. After confirmation, the domain will be transferred within five days.
