Need WordPress help from customer service
-
Does anyone have an email I can use to get email support from WordPress?
WP is making is so complicated to talk to a customer service rep. It wants me to post this on a public forum instead of talking to them. This is the most inconvenient customer support service I’ve ever used, and I once bought something off Wish. Any help is appreciated.

If you have a paid wordpress.com plan, you are entitled to live chat and email support. Otherwise you can get help in this public forum.
Mind we can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform.
What is the URL of your site? -
Hm, I see you also have a few sites with https://wpvip.com/
If this is regarding any of those sites, you’ll find an option to contact support inside the site’s Dashboard.

Thanks for the quick responses!
It’s not directly related to any of those. I’m just trying to log in on my laptop. I can’t receive texts right now because I’m out of the country, and I can’t find my email that had the two-step verification codes, so I’m just hoping WP can email me the code that would normally be texted. The WPVIP thing is trying to make me log in to submit a ticket, so I can’t go through there, either.
(though this is the site that I’m trying to log into to update: https://okcthunderwire.usatoday.com/)
