Needing to contact the owner of an inactive blog

  I’m interested in adopting the domain divephoto.com for a photography blog; however, someone has already taken the domain and their site hasn’t been active since 2009. All of the links are broken and there seems to be no way to find the contact information of the admin. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I could contact the owner?
