  Im trying to add the jigoshop plugin. I bought a website about 5 days ago and I wanted to see why i cannot put in plugins

  While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:

  You have two options there.

  The first is to transfer your domain to another registrar:

  However, ICANN rules prohibit that from happening until 60 days from the date of initial registration. So if your domain still falls under that timeframe, you can use these instructions to change your domain’s nameservers to point to a new webhost:
