Nesting headers (categories)

  Hi – I am having difficulty trying to nest headers. That is to have subsets. Customizing>menus presents an opportunity to list headers but when trying to drag these into main and sub they jump all over the place. Sometimes they behave and do nest OK (when no spaces between items on a list) but then don’t (gaps appear and the drag to indent fails too).
