Network Admin page shows broken CSS after upgrade to 3.4.2

  Our Current production wordpress is running on version 3.0

  we started the upgrade of our UAT server few months back and the version was 3.4.1
  and we found few weeks back that there was a new version which is 3.4.2

  so we decided to upgrade to 3.4.1 to 3.4.2

  please find more details on how our wordpress is installed

  Server OS : Linux
  installed path

  /home/webroot/wp-website1
  –> wp-admin
  –> wp-content
  –> wp-includes

  example : we have multiple sites under website1

  http://website1-domainname/artists/wp-admin/index.php
  http://website1-domainname/news/wp-admin/index.php

  /home/webroot/wp-website2
  –> wp-admin
  –> wp-content
  –> wp-includes

  example : we have multiple sites under website1

  http://website2-domainname/artists/wp-admin/index.php
  http://website2-domainname/news/wp-admin/index.php

  /home/webroot/en ( this en folder contains following folders)

  –> wp-admin
  –> wp-content
  –> wp-includes

  ISSUE

  Step 1) Access : http://website1-domainname/artists/wp-admin/index.php
  Step 2) Click on MySites -> Network Admin -> Dashboard ( this links to following URL )
  http://website1-domainname/wp-admin/network/ ( the page gets loaded by the CSS is broken)

  please provide some details on how to troubleshoot is issue further and fix this issue.
