never got my refund

  Hello,

  I asked for a refund the same day i created my site.
  The refund appears has a personal bundle on “my payments” but not on my bank account. I can only see the payment on my bank account detail.
  As i asked, somebody from wordpress said to me it was done and to contact my bank to be sure. I did. My bank just said to me the refund never came…
  I don’t know what to do yet.

  Hi there,

  We processed your refund on 5 September. You can see a receipt with a transaction reference from our payment processor in your billing history, here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  That means we don’t have your payment any more. It was returned. Please give your bank that transaction ID in the receipt and ask them to check that against their records and make sure they correctly processed the refund on their end.
