  Hi, I requested a refund on Sep.28, 2016 but never receive my refund. Looking forward to a complete transaction. Thanks.

  I have processed the rest of that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

  The refunds were processed on our end. Can you check with your bank to see if there is a hold up on their end for some reason?
