New Account E-Mail adress

  Hello,

  I would like to change my Account E-Mail address.
  But this message is coming:

  ‘If you change this, we will send you an email to your new address to confirm the change. The new address will only become active after confirmation.
  A change of your e-mail address in (email visible only to moderators and staff) is still pending.’

  But I don’t get a confirmation mail.

  If it’s not in your inbox, it will likely be in your spam folder, so please check there.

  Do you have a “social” folder or any other kind of inbox sorting where it might have ended up?

  If not, I would restart the process and see if a second try will get the email through properly.

  Thanks, but also no. There is no folder or other things where the mail could be and I have the process started I think 3 times :/

  Where exactly did you make this change? At https://wordpress.com/me/account/? And it’s for the berndhinterleitner username you’re using to post here?

  I don’t see any email update requests in the logs for this account. Our system also hasn’t sent any emails to the email address you mentioned above.

  If you have been doing it from the account settings page, then it appears the request is not making it from your browser to our servers. Please try logging into another browser and doing it from there, or if possible, using a different internet connection.
