New account- missing domain

  I joined up to the site yesterday, I haven’t started creating my site yet but I picked my domain wiredsafe.co.uk, which was followed by the screen “your domain will be ready soon”.

  I didn’t do anything else presuming that when I logged in today my domain would show up in my account, but nothing is there, Upon doing a domain search again today it now says its unavailable.

  Am I missing something, or is the domain parked in the WordPress system waiting for me to do something?.

  Any advice gratefully received.

  That is definitely an available domain name, it’s not registered through us or any other domain registrar.

  Please try registering it again: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/register-domain/

  And, if that doesn’t work, please use https://snipboard.io/ to share a screenshot of the error you see.
