New application

I keep getting a notice to download something that might be called Rich Mobile Editing. I want to try it because the latest updates have made copy and paste almost impossible to do easily. However, every time I try to add it, there is a bar at the bottom of the page that prevents me from clicking. (I’m using an iPad Pro). Can you help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi catherine0805,
Can you make a screenshot of the message you are seeing and upload it to the Media Library in your app?
Rich mobile editing is built into the app and you shouldn’t need to download anything to make use of the feature. Once I can see the message, I’ll be able to confirm exactly what you are seeing.
Thanks!

I wish I could. ;) its a blue bar at the bottom of the screen, and partially obscured by the normal bar with the globe on the far right side. It says I should try rich mobile editing – or is it rich text editing? I should have taken a screen shot… If I already have this feature, why does it ask me to use it, and why is editing so much more difficult now?
Copying and pasting has been a nightmare lately – when I try to highlight a phrase, the entire paragraph or article gets highlighted. Justifying sometimes doesn’t work, and the normal space between paragraphs frequently disappears.
I tried to create a web page, and all I could get was another blog.
Ugh.

Hi Catherine,
Can you please tell me exactly where you’re seeing this? Specifically, are you seeing it when accessing WordPress.com in the Safari browser on your iPad, or in the iOS app? On which page exactly do you see it?
Why are you unable to take a screenshot? The ability to do that is a built-in feature of the iPad, and Gemma provided a link above with instructions how to do that. It will really help us to be able to see what you see, so please take that screen shot and upload it for us here:
