  I’m trying to create a new blog site similar to ones I have created in the past. My most recent was http://www.jcarpsc6.wordpress.com, which was free. I now want to create www,jcarpsc7.wordpress.com, also free

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  If you want the new site in the present account, then while logged into the account go the the Create your site today! page, and begin the process of creating a site by answering the questions presented to you.

  If you want the new site to be in a new account, then, while logged out of the present account, go to the page https://wordpress.com/start/delta-discover/user to open a new account.
