New blog site using another site ‘author’ for posts

Hello. I have 3 WordPress blogs – I set up 3rd one last night all linked to same email address. When I write a post for new blog, the ‘author’ is given as other blog name. How do I get new author name to match new blog? Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Actually my original WP site is thelittlepinkkitchen.com and my new WP site hasn’t launched yet. I wrote a draft post in new blog but it says author is ‘thelittlepinkkitchen’.
I’ve spent hours googling and trying to figure it out but I’m totally confused now! All help welcome. Thanks.

Hi there, if all 3 sites are under this same WordPressdotcom username account, then all 3 will show the same display name on posts.
If your new site has content options in the Customizer you could turn off display of the author name on posts in your 3rd site. If it doesn’t offer that option, you can either try a different theme (easiest solution) or create a new username account with a different email and display name and once the account has been verified, you can transfer ownership of the site to the newly created account (more complicated).
