New client added me, but I can’t log in

    A client added me as a user. I received an email to log in and reset my password. I chose a new password, it was accepted. It immediately took me to a login screen, but will not accept my login info. I tried ‘forgot password’ and reset it again: same issue. What have I done wrong? What should I do differently?

    I did not see you mention it, but which site is this for? I see you have a few on your account.

    It may be the case that you can’t access it because we don’t see it under your account. In that case, can you let us know the URL of the site you are trying to access so we can take a closer look?
