new computer, lack of dashboard items

I am moving to a new computer. Although I can log into my site, my options on dashboard are MUCH less. It now includes only Dashboard, Jetpack (which doesn’t even show my stats), and Profile. How do I get the remainder of the items to populate? I can’t even post anything presently.
