  Hi Amy,

  scribeofspirit.com is registered with GoDaddy.com. Are you saying you want to use that domain with your WordPress.com site at https://floraldreaming.wordpress.com/?

  You can connect that domain over here by using our domain mapping upgrade. This upgrade is included with any of our paid plans, so first go to My Site ->Plans and buy a plan there, then you’ll be able to add the domain to your site:

  Thank you for your help,

  I upgraded and mapped the domain.

  After configuration will I be able to go directly to http://www.scribeofspirit.com without seeing anything to do with floraldreaming?

  Hi Amy –

  Yes. Once the mapping changes become effective across the globe (which can take up to 72 hours) the custom domain will be displayed in browsers. Visitors will not see the free site address that we issued to your account.
