new domain not working

    my initial domain domain1.com expired, so I now have a new domain domain2.com. I mapped it to wordpress but when i google domain2.com, it still redirects me to the (inactive) domain1.com website. any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong? thanks!

    Hi there!

    It might help us understand exactly what you’re going for if you mention the exact domains.

    I see that svazquezart.com is currently set as the primary domain. So visitors who go to this address will see your WordPress.com site.

    Your other domain, saravazquezart.com, does not point to WordPress.com nameservers or IP addresses, so if saravazquezart.com was your old domain, it will not redirect visitors to your new domain. This is working as expected.

    Could you tell us if you’re trying to set up so that saravazquezart.com redirects to svazquezart.com?
