  i have never liked the new editor, because it just makes no sense to change the layout and feel of something that is already working perfectly and that we all know well, just to change the position of everything and and and…

  i don’t know all the things that don’t work or are not easy to do in the new editor, but one that is the most annoying for me is this:

  whenever i include a picture in a post, it will not show full width in my post.
  when i included a picture in the old editor, i never needed to do anything else, it always showed full width.

  i have always used the old editor only so i am not sure about other things, but i think i have also experienced other problems or usability issues with the new editor.

  also, something else: i have changed my blog format lately and in some posts there is a featured image that does not exist in the actual post. this can happen to some very old posts.
  when i want to choose a new featured image, instead of showing only images from the current post, it shows me all my images and i would need to scroll back very much until i find the correct image to feature… maybe there is no easy fix for this… maybe there is :)

  Can you give me a link to a post where this happened? You should be able to add images the same way in both editors and have them work the same, so if I can look at a specific post where this happened that will help me investigate this for you.

  Can you give me a link to a post where this is happening? If the wrong image is being selected as the featured image for a post, our team may be able to fix that up for you. It’ll help if I can look at a specific example to try to track down what’s going wrong. :)
