New email acct with custom domain

    Hi there. I purchased a custom domain name from wordpress and attached several emails to it. Now i want to add a few more. How do i do so?

    Hi there,

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here does not own any sites or domains with us. Can you please tell us the domain you’re referring to?

    Any given domain can only be connected to one email server at a time – this is a restriction inherent to domains and not something specific to WordPress.com. So to add additional emails on a domain where you already have email set up, you need to follow the process required by the specific email provider you’re using.

    So this is something that would be done on their end, and not with your domain/hosting provider.
