  Question 1 when i add new pages how can i add more then one post in that new page

  Question 2 on my main page how do i shorten the text so it doesn’t so it all until you click on the post name

  1. You cannot. Pages are static and are designed for information that seldom changes such as an about page: http://support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ . To organize your posts, use categories and then people can click on the category names in the categories widget to see only the posts in that particular category. In some themes there is a trick that you can use to put links to the categories in the top navigation tabs, but the trick does not work in chaostheory, the theme you are using. See this blog post http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/03/26/page-tabs-as-external-links/ which tells how to do the trick, and also lists which themes the trick works in (left column). If you want to use that trick, you will need to switch to a theme (left column) that supports it.
