We can’t help directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed business hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically they use a different system for assigning domains than we use here on our custom service, which we have no familiarity with.
The good news though is that Bluehost support should easily be able to help you with this task, and they can be reached here: https://www.bluehost.com/contact
