  the html code you can add to a free wordpress.com website is very limited for security. You can find out more at https://wordpress.com/support/code/

  My English is poor,not sure if the understanding is correct,

  The HTML can be displayed when editing, but the web page does not appear.

  When you save a page, the editor removes all unwanted code that’s why you see it when you add it but it gets removed when saving a page.
