New page not showing when you scroll down

  I added a new page to my website, and I added it to the top menu. However, when you scroll down the website, all of the other pages are visible – except the new page. For the new page, you have to click on it from the top menu in order to view it. Why doesn’t it appear when I scroll down, and how can I fix this?
